I Won’t Call them Endless

Bar Harbor Sunrise last week.

I Won’t Call them Endless

The mask-less breaths don’t leave the store.

The angry posts don’t leave my page.

The panic and hate and fear

don’t leave anywhere.

I would call them all endless

But that would give them too much weight

And I still have fighting left to do against these things.

I have lost too many to breathlessness, anger, hate

To ignore the voices crying for help. Haven’t you?
